Mr. Iverson is a former Director of Manufacturing of Knight's
Armament.
As Director of Manufacturing for Knight's Armament, Mr. Iverson was
in charge of as many as 16 departments and responsible for 130-140
people.
Mr. Iverson developed approx. 80% of the manufacturing processes for the three piece, .50 cal military barrel, for Knight's Armament, including tooling design and CNC programming.
He led the redesign of fixturing and mfg. processes for
countless components for Knight's guns and Suppressors during the
time he was there, to make things more accurate and
efficient.
In addition, at Mr. Knight's request, Mr. Iverson took over and
restructured another of his companies.
In the past, he has helped negotiate million dollar capital
equipment deals, and customer contracts.
He has been president of his own companies, which have been heavily involved in precision mfg. of components and assemblies that go in Military defense weaponry, Radar Guidance systems, Rockets, Missiles, Terrain following systems, Flight critical fighter and bomber components, Nuclear reactors and much much more.
In addition, he has done consulting for some of the top military
defense component and systems companies, in all facets of business,
and has created mfg. processes, cnc programs/fixtures, and mfg.
solutions.
Made precision components for Advanced Attack Submarines.
Making 14 different components for the first 5000 of the
Knight's Armament SR-25 sniper rifles. Building tens of thousands
of components for the M-60 machine guns for the
military.
Developed mfg processes, fixtures, and CNC programs for the
jaws for the Hurst Jaws of Life.
Made precision parts for the hydraulic systems on the M1A1
tanks.
Built precision controllable drive assy's for the Apache
Helicopters. Designed, and built components that go into
national experiments in the Nuclear Reactors at Oak Ridge National
Labs.
Made super precision components for thousands of different
Jet Engine, Rocket Engine, Airframe, Ordnance arming, Controllable
Drive Assy.,Military Defense Weaponry systems, rotating flight
parts, flight critical, etc.
Mr. Iverson is widely considered to be an Expert Machinist,
Design Engineer, Mfg. Process engineer, People manager,
Troubleshooter, Fixture designer, New Product Development
designer.
He has extensive experience machining Titanium, Inconel, Waspalloy,
Hastelloy, and many other exotic alloys, as well as tool steels,
aluminum, Magnesium, specialty and glass reinforced plastics.
He has also done Manufacturing efficiency consulting for one of the
Space Shuttle main engine parts suppliers.Made precision parts for
the RL-10 Rocket Engine.
As well as, designed and built mechanical interface and safety
equipment for Stereotactic Radiosurgery units, that go onto Linear
Accelerators,for Cancer Treatment.

we currently offer:
Our first offering is a .45 caliber 1911 style handgun, with the slide and frame made from aerospace/military quality material.
4” and 5” guns, bobtail or full frame, tactical rail, or standard, square trigger guard or round.
Our frames and slides are available in 416 SS, 17-4 SS, 4140 (chrome moly), Aluminum (frames only), and Titanium. We will build LEFT Hand, or RIGHT Hand.
Currently our Aluminum frames, and Titanium frames and slides are built in house. All frames and slides of any materials will be built in house in the coming months.

Our plans for the future:
The company's plan is to market 4 different styles of handgun. We will also design and build suppressors and other equipment, and will work toward becoming a military weapons developer.
